At L&M Leisure and Moods, we strive to ensure you love every purchase you make with us. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and hassle-free exchange process.

Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery of your order.

Products can be exchanged for any other item available on our website.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags intact.

Items that are washed, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for exchange.

Exchanges will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

In case of a price difference, customers will need to pay the balance amount or will receive a store credit.

Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated during the exchange process.

Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.

We reserve the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
